Senate Finance Chair Comments on Commerce Secy Export Remarks
Senate Finance Chairman Baucus (D) issued a statement regarding remarks made by Commerce Secretary Locke reaffirming the Administration's commitment to double U.S. exports over the next five years. According to Senator Baucus, Secretary Locke pledged more funding, improved government-wide support to promote small business exports around the world, and strong enforcement of U.S. trade agreements as means to accomplish this goal.
