ITA Postpones Final AD Determination to May 21st

A respondent in this investigation requested that the ITA postpone its final AD duty determination by 30 days, and extend the application of the provisional measures to a 6-month period.

Because the ITA's preliminary determination is affirmative, the requesting exporter accounts for a significant proportion of exports of the subject merchandise, and no compelling reasons for denial exist, it is granting the request and postponing the final determination until no later than 135 days after the publication of the preliminary determination notice in the Federal Register, or May 21, 2010.

Further, suspension of liquidation will be extended accordingly.
