Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these administrative reviews. The final results of the review of fresh garlic from China are currently due within 120 days of December 8, 2009, and the final results of the review of cased pencils from China are currently due within 120 days of December 22, 2009.
