AD: Certain Preserved Mushrooms
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of an antidumping duty new shipper review of certain preserved mushrooms from China for the period of February 1, 2008 through January 31, 2009.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 12/10/09:

(a) The ITA has determined an AD duty rate of zero for subject merchandise produced and exported by Kangfa, therefore, no cash deposit is required for this company;
(b) For subject merchandise exported by Kangfa, but not manufactured by Kangfa, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the China-wide entity rate (i.e., 198.63%); and
(c) For subject merchandise manufactured by Kangfa, but exported by any party other than Kangfa, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (02/01/08 - 01/31/09)
The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions for Kangfa to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after December 10, 2009. The ITA has calculated importer-specific (or customer-specific) ad valorem duty assessment rates for subject merchandise.
