ITA Determines SKF Aeroengine is Successor-in-Interest to SNFA
The ITA continues to find that SKF Aeroengine is the successor-in-interest to SNFA and, as a result, should be accorded the same treatment as SNFA (currently zero).

Liquidation for Entries by SKF Aeroengine On or After September 3, 2007
The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to liquidate, without regard to AD duties, all unliquidated entries produced and exported by SKF Aeroengine with a time of entry on or after September 3, 2007, the date of SNFA France's name change to SKF Aeroengine.
