The International Trade Administration has issued a notice that it is postponing the preliminary determination in the countervailing duty investigation of certain coated paper suitable for high-quality print graphics using sheet-fed presses from China.

ITA Postpones CV Preliminary Determination to February 22nd
The petitioners in this investigation made a timely request to postpone the preliminary CV duty determination.
Therefore, the ITA is fully extending the due date for the preliminary determination to no later than the next business day after 130 days after the day on which the investigation was initiated, which is February 22, 2010.
