Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these administrative reviews. The final results are currently due within 120 days of December 7, 2009 for the Mexico review, and within 120 days of December 8, 2009 for the Korea review.
