CV: China Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods
The International Trade Administration has made a final affirmative countervailing duty determination that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from China.

CV Suspension of Liquidation Continues
The ITA is directing U.S. Customs and Border Protection to continue the suspension of liquidation for CV duty purposes of entries of OCTG from China with a time of entry on or after September 15, 2009.
CV Cash Deposit/Bond Requirements
The ITA is also directing CBP to collect CV duty deposits or bonds at the revised CV duty rates listed below for entries of OCTG from China with a time of entry on or after December 7, 2009:

(The ITA will issue a CV duty order if the International Trade Commission issues a final affirmative injury determination. If the ITC determines that material injury, or threat of material injury, does not exist, this proceeding will be terminated and all estimated duties deposited or securities posted as a result of the suspension of liquidation will be refunded or canceled.)
