ITA Postpones Preliminary CV Determination to February 22nd

The ITA states that the petitioners in the investigation have made a timely request that the ITA postpone the preliminary CV duty determination.

Therefore, because the ITA does not find any compelling reason to deny the request, it is extending the due date for the preliminary determination to no later than the next business day after 130 days after the date on which this investigation was initiated, which is February 22, 2010.
