ITA Postpones Preliminary Indonesia CV Determination to February 22nd
In the Indonesia investigation, the petitioners made a timely request for a postponement of the preliminary CV duty determination to 130 days from the initiation date.
Because the ITA does not find any compelling reason to deny the request, it is extending the due date for the preliminary Indonesia CV duty determination to no later than the next business day after 130 days after the date on which this investigation was initiated, which is February 22, 2010.
ITA Postpones Preliminary China CV Determination to February 16th
The ITA finds that the China CV investigation is extraordinarily complicated by reason of the number and complexity of the alleged countervailable subsidy practices, and the need to determine the extent to which particular countervailable subsidies are used by individual manufacturers, producers, and exporters.
Therefore, the ITA is extending the due date for the preliminary China CV duty determination to no later than the next business day after 130 days after the day on which the investigation was initiated, which is February 16, 2010.
