AD: China Certain Lined Paper Products
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review of certain lined paper products from China for the period of September 1, 2007 through August 31, 2008.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 12/03/09:

(collectively, Watanabe), as Watanabe did not respond to the ITA's questionnaire and consequently did not demonstrate its eligibility for separate rate status.
(a) For previously reviewed or investigated companies not listed above that have separate rates, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(b) For all other China exporters of subject merchandise, which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be China-wide entity rate of 258.21%; and
(c) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that non-China exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (09/01/07 - 08/31/08)
The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after December 3, 2009. The ITA will instruct CBP to liquidate Watanabe's appropriate entries at the China-wide entity rate of 258.21%.
