ITA Postpones AD Preliminary Determination to January 26th

The petitioner in this AD duty investigation made a timely request for a 50-day postponement of the preliminary determination. The petitioner requested postponement because the number of factors of production is unusually high and will require additional time to research and analyze.

Because there are no compelling reasons to deny the petitioner's request, the ITA is postponing this preliminary determination by 50 days to January 26, 2010.

The deadline for the final determination will continue to be 75 days after the date of the preliminary determination, unless extended.

(See ITT's Online Archives or 07/2709 news, 09072750, for BP summary of the ITA's initiation of this AD duty investigation.)
