1. 2010 U.S.-Chile FTA Agriculture TRQs Open January 4th

CBP has issued a memorandum on the 2010 tariff rate quotas for agricultural products described in HTS Chapter 99, Subchapter XI, U.S. Notes 4 through 17 (excluding Notes 12 and 13), with respect to the U.S.-Chile Free Trade Agreement (UCFTA, or CFTA).
These TRQs will open on Monday, January 4, 2010 with the following in-quota (duty-free) quantity limits:
CBP notes that "CL" should be used as the primary SPI indicator.

2. 2010 U.S.-Morocco FTA Agriculture TRQs Open January 4th
CBP has issued a memorandum on the 2010 TRQs for agricultural products described in HTS Chapter 99, Subchapter XII, U.S. Notes 3 through 16 (excluding Note 12), with respect to the U.S.-Morocco Free Trade Agreement (MFTA).
These TRQs will open on Monday, January 4, 2010 with the following in-quota (duty-free) quantity limits:

| U.S. Note 4 | 1,755 L |
| U.S. Note 5 | 11,699 kg |
| U.S. Note 6 | 11,699 kg |
| U.S. Note 7 | 17,548 kg |

CBP notes that "MA" should be used as the primary SPI indicator.

CBP has issued a memorandum on the 2010 TRQs for agricultural products described in HTS Chapter 99, Subchapter XVI, U.S. Notes 3 through 12, with respect to the U.S.-Oman Free Trade Agreement (OFTA).
These TRQs will open on Monday, January 4, 2010 with the following in-quota (duty-free) quantity limits:

1. CBP Messages on AD and CV Duty Actions
The antidumping and countervailing messages CBP issues on behalf of the International Trade Administration are now only available on CBP's Web site at http://addcvd.cbp.gov. AD and CV ABI administrative messages are no longer issued.
