AD: China Freshwater Crawfish Tail Meat

The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review of freshwater crawfish tail meat from China for the period of September 1, 2007 through August 31, 2008.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 10/09/09:

(a) The ITA has found an AD duty rate of zero for Xiping Opeck; therefore, no cash deposit is required;

(b) For previously reviewed or investigated companies not listed above that have separate rates, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;

(c) For all other China exporters of subject merchandise which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the China-wide entity rate of 223.01%;

(d) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China entity that supplied that exporter.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (09/01/07 - 08/31/08)

The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after October 9, 2009.

Because the ITA calculated a margin of zero percent for Xiping Opeck, it will instruct CBP to liquidate the entries of merchandise exported by Xiping Opeck without regard to AD duties.
