AD: China Certain Tissue Paper Products
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review of certain tissue paper products from China for the period of March 1, 2007 through February 29, 2008.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 10/09/09:

(a) For previously reviewed or investigated companies not listed above that have separate rates, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(b) For all other China exporters of subject merchandise, which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the China-wide entity rate of 112.64%; and
(c) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that non-China exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (03/01/07 - 02/29/08)
The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after October 9, 2009. The ITA calculated importer- or customer-specific assessment rates for the merchandise subject to this review.
