Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.

The summit will involve CPSC, its counterpart agency, China's General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection, and Quarantine (AQSIQ), and interested stakeholders.

The summit is intended to identify and discuss measures to ensure that U.S. importers and Chinese suppliers establish a comprehensive and systemic approach to preventing and detecting safety hazards in consumer products; examine lessons learned over the past two years; discuss new regulatory and voluntary tools that can be used to ensure continued progress; etc.
