AD: China Wooden Bedroom Furniture
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of an antidumping duty new shipper review of wooden bedroom furniture from China for the period of January 1, 2008 through June 30, 2008.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 09/25/09:

(a) The ITA has determined an AD duty rate of zero for subject merchandise exported by Fangjia and produced by Danyang; therefore, no cash deposit is required for this exporter/producer combination;
(b) For previously investigated or reviewed China and non-China exporters not listed above that have separate rates, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the exporter-specific rate or combination rate published for the most recent period;
(c) For all China exporters of subject merchandise which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the China-wide entity rate of 216.01%; and
(d) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporters that supplied that non-China exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/01/08 - 06/30/08)
The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after September 25, 2009. The ITA has calculated importer/customer-specific AD duty assessment amounts for subject merchandise.
