CV: China Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods
The International Trade Administration has made a preliminary affirmative determination that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from China.

CV Suspension of Liquidation
The ITA is directing U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend liquidation for CV purposes of all entries of OCTG from China with a time of entry on or after September 15, 2009.
CV Cash Deposit Requirement
The ITA is also directing CBP to require a cash deposit or bond for CV duty purposes for entries of OCTG from China with a time of entry on or after September 15, 2009, at the following CV duty rates:
