Posting of Bond in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit Allowed
The ITA will instruct the CBP to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting, until the completion of the review, of a bond or security in lieu of a cash deposit for each entry of the subject merchandise from Rise Furniture and Zhejiang Tianyi (see next paragraph).
Because Rise Furniture and Zhejiang Tianyi certified that they both produce and export the subject merchandise, the sale of which is the basis for these new shipper review requests, the ITA will apply the bonding privilege to each respondent only for subject merchandise that the respondent both produced and exported.

The ITA intends to issue the preliminary results of these reviews no later than 180 days from August 20, 2009, and the final results of these reviews no later than 270 days from August 20, 2009.
