ITA Postpones CV Preliminary Determination to October 26th
The petitioner in this investigation made a timely request for a postponement until 130 days from the initiation date.
Pursuant to the ITA's discretion and because the ITA does not find any compelling reason to deny the request, it is fully extending the due date for the preliminary determination.
Therefore, the deadline for the completion of the preliminary determination is now October 26, 2009.
(See ITT's Online Archives or 06/25/09 news, 09062540, for BP summary of the ITA's initiation of this CV duty investigation and the companion antidumping duty investigation.)
