AD: Vietnam: Certain Frozen Fish Fillets
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty new shipper reviews of certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam for the period of August 1, 2007 through January 31, 2008.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 06/22/09:

(a) The ITA has determined an AD duty rate of zero for subject merchandise produced and exported by Acomfish, therefore, no cash deposit is required for this company;
(b) For subject merchandise exported by Hiep Thanh or Acomfish, but not produced by Hiep Thanh or Acomfish, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the Vietnam-wide entity rate of 63.88%; and
(c) For subject merchandise produced by Hiep Thanh or Acomfish, but exported by any party other than Hiep Thanh or Acomfish, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (08/01/07 - 01/31/08)
The ITA intends to issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after June 22, 2009.
The ITA will direct CBP to assess importer-specific duty assessment rates on the resulting per-unit (i.e., per-kilogram) rates by the weight in kilograms of each entry of the subject merchandise during the review period.
