AD: Mexico Certain Pipe and Tube
The International Trade Administration has issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty changed circumstances reviews of certain circular welded non-alloy steel pipe and tube and light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico.

The ITA initiated each of these reviews in order to determine whether Ternium Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is the successor-in-interest to Hylsa S.A. de C.V. for purposes of determining AD duty liability.
ITA Preliminarily Determines Ternium is Successor-in-Interest to Hylsa
The ITA has preliminarily determined that Ternium is the successor-in-interest to Hylsa for purposes of determining AD duty liability in both of these proceedings.
During the course of these AD duty changed circumstances reviews, AD duty cash deposit requirements for the subject merchandise exported and manufactured by Ternium will continue to be the respective current all-others rates (36.62% for circular pipe and tube, and 3.76% for rectangular pipe and tube).
The ITA will issue the final results of these AD duty changed circumstances reviews not later than 270 days after October 20, 2008.
