AD: China Certain Preserved Mushrooms
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of two antidumping duty new shipper reviews of certain preserved mushrooms from China for the period of February 1, 2008 through July 31, 2008.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 06/18/09:

(a) The ITA has determined an AD duty rate of zero for subject merchandise produced and exported by Zhangzhou Gangchang and Zhejiang Iceman, therefore, no cash deposit is required for these companies;
(b) For subject merchandise exported by Zhangzhou Gangchang or Zhejiang Iceman, but not manufactured by Zhangzhou Gangchang and Zhejiang Iceman, respectively, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the China-wide entity rate (i.e., 198.63%); and
(c) For subject merchandise manufactured by Zhangzhou Gangchang and Zhejiang Iceman, but exported by any party other than Zhangzhou Gangchang and Zhejiang Iceman, respectively, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (02/01/08 - 07/31/08)
The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions for Zhangzhou Gangchang and Zhejiang Iceman to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after June 18, 2009. The ITA has calculated importer-specific (or customer-specific) ad valorem duty assessment rates for subject merchandise.
