(a) The CV duty cash deposit rates for all companies not covered by this review are not changed by the results of this review. For all non-reviewed companies, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess CV duties at the cash deposit rates in effect at the time of entry for entries during the review period.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/01/07 - 12/31/07)

The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to CBP 15 days after May 6, 2009 to liquidate shipments of subject merchandise by Essar with a time of entry during the review period at the ad valorem rate of 76.88%.
