Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these reviews. The final results are currently due within 120 days of April 8, 2009 for the administrative review of glycine from China, and within 90 days of May 4, 2009 for the new shipper reviews of fresh garlic from China.
