AD: Five Countries Ball Bearings and Parts Thereof
The International Trade Administration has issued preliminary results of administrative reviews for ball bearings and parts thereof from France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the United Kingdom for the period May 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008.

The ITA's preliminary results for all countries are:
(a) preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.10%
(b) preliminary AD duty rate of zero
(c) preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.14%
Preliminary Results Not in Effect
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews. The final results are currently due within 120 days of April 27, 2009.
