The ITA is initiating this review to determine whether Can Tho Import Export Fishery Limited Company (CAFISH) is the successor-in-interest to Can Tho Agricultural and Animal Products Import Export Company (CATACO).

ITA to Assign CATACO's AD Rate to CAFISH If Successor-in-Interest

According to the ITA, if the evidence demonstrates that, with respect to the production and sale of the subject merchandise, CAFISH operates as the same business entity as CATACO, the ITA will assign CAFISH the AD cash deposit rate of CATACO (currently 4.57%).

(See ITT's Online Archives or 09/12/08 news, 08091245, for BP summary of the ITA's most recent final results of AD duty administrative review for CATACO.)

The ITA will issue the final results of this AD duty changed circumstances review not later than 270 days after March 27, 2009, or within 45 days if all parties to the proceeding agree to the outcome of the preliminary findings.

(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the order, etc.)
