AD: China Certain Lined Paper Products
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review of certain lined paper products from China for the period of April 17, 2006 through August 31, 2007.

(a) For China exporters who received a separate rate in a prior segment of the proceeding, but were not reviewed in this review, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the rate assigned in that segment of the proceeding;
(b) For all China exporters of subject merchandise which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, including those companies for which this review has been rescinded, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the China-wide entity rate of 258.21%; and
(c) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporters that supplied that non-China exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (04/17/06 - 08/31/07)
The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after April 14, 2009. The ITA has calculated importer-specific duty assessment rates for subject merchandise.
