AD: China Ironing Tables and Certain Parts Thereof

The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review of floor-standing, metal-top ironing tables and certain parts thereof from China for the period of August 1, 2006 through July 31, 2007.

(a) For Forever Holdings, the ITA has calculated an AD duty rate of zero, therefore no cash deposit will be required for this company; however, it is still subject to the order;

(b) For previously-investigated or reviewed China and non-China exporters not listed above that have separate rates, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the exporter-specific rate published for the most recent period;

(c) For all China exporters of subject merchandise that have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, including those companies for which this review has been rescinded, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the China-wide entity rate of 157.68%; and

(d) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporters that supplied that non-China exporter.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (08/01/06 - 07/31/07)

The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after March 16, 2009. The ITA has calculated importer-specific duty assessment rates for subject merchandise.
