AD: China Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp
The International Trade Administration has issued its preliminary results of the antidumping duty administrative review of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from China for the period of February 1, 2007 through January 31, 2008.

*The China-wide entity preliminarily includes 464 companies currently under review that have not established their entitlement to a separate rate, including Zhanjiang Go-Harvest Aquatic Products, Ltd. (See the ITA's initiation notice for a list of companies, excluding the two respondents listed above and the companies for which the review is being rescinded or preliminarily rescinded1.)
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May Be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of this AD duty administrative review, which are currently due within 120 days of March 6, 2008.

Co., Ltd.; and King Royal Investments Ltd.); Gallant Ocean (Nanhai), Ltd.; Luk Ka Paper Industrial Ltd.; Shantou Yelin Frozen Seafood Co., Ltd.; and Shantou Yuexing Enterprise Company.
