CV: India Lined Paper Products
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review of certain lined paper products from India for the period of February 15, 2006 through December 31, 20061.

(a) The CV duty cash deposit rates for all companies not covered by this review are not changed by the results of this review. For all non-reviewed companies, the ITA has instructed U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess CV duties at the cash deposit rates in effect at the time of entry for entries during the review period.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (02/15/06 - 12/31/06)
The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to CBP 15 days after February 10, 2009 to liquidate shipments of subject merchandise by Navneet with a time of entry during the review period at the ad valorem rate of 8.76%.
