Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these reviews. The final results are currently due within 120 days of January 7, 2009 for the administrative review for China, and within 90 days of January 28, 2009 for the new shipper reviews for Vietnam.
