Petitioner Made Timely Request for Postponement
According to the ITA, the petitioner made a request for a postponement of the preliminary determination in the CV duty investigation on commodity matchbooks from India.
Because the petitioner's request was timely and because there are no compelling reasons to deny the request, the ITA is postponing the deadline for the preliminary determination to no later than March 30, 2009.
(See ITT's Online Archives or 11/25/08 news, 08112545, for BP summary of the ITA's initiation of the CV and antidumping duty investigations of commodity matchbooks from India.)
