Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these reviews. The final results are currently due within 120 days of December 8, 2008 for the administrative and new shipper reviews for China, and within 120 days of December 19, 2008 for the administrative review for India.
