Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these reviews. The final results are currently due within 90 days of November 13, 2008 for the new shipper review of certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China, and within 120 days of December 1, 2008 for the administrative review of refined brown aluminum oxide from China.
