AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 12/16/08:

(a) For previously investigated or reviewed China and non-China exporters not listed above that have separate rates, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the exporter-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(b) For all China exporters of subject merchandise which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the China-wide entity rate of 108.26%; and
(c) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporters that supplied that non-China exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (05/01/06 - 04/30/07)
The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after December 16, 2008. The ITA has calculated customer- or importer-specific duty assessment rates for subject merchandise.
