The ITA has determined that myonic GmbH is the successor-in-interest to Miniaturkugllager Gesellschaft mit beschrankter Haftung (MKL).
Myonic GmbH Assigned MKL's Rate
The ITA finds that myonic is the successor-in-interest to MKL and, as such, is entitled to
MKL's AD duty cash deposit rate with respect to entries of subject merchandise.
Consequently, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to apply the AD duty cash deposit rate in effect for MKL to all entries of the subject merchandise from myonic with a time of entry on or after December 10, 2008.
