AD: India Stainless Steel Wire Rods & Stainless Steel Bar
The International Trade Administration has issued its final results of the antidumping duty changed circumstances reviews of stainless steel wire rods and stainless steel bar from India.

The ITA has determined that India Steel Works Limited is the successor-in-interest to Isibars Limited. As a result, India Steel will be accorded the same treatment previously accorded to Isibars with regard to the subject AD duty orders.
Suspension of Liquidation, AD Cash Deposit Rates for India Steel
The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend liquidation of all shipments of stainless steel wire rods and stainless steel bar produced and exported by India Steel with a time of entry on or after November 5, 2008 for stainless steel wire rods, and with a time of entry on or after November 6, 2008 for stainless steel bar.
CBP will also require that India Steel receive Isibars' current AD duty cash deposit rates of 30.10% for stainless steel wire rods produced and exported by India Steel, and 2.01% for stainless steel bar produced and exported by India Steel, for shipments with a time of entry on or after November 5, 2008 and November 6, 2008, respectively.
These AD duty cash deposit rates shall remain in effect until publication of the final results of the next administrative reviews in which India Steel participates.
