CV: China Certain Kitchen Appliance Shelving and Racks
The International Trade Administration has issued a notice stating that it is postponing the preliminary countervailing duty determination on certain kitchen appliance shelving and racks from China to no later than December 22, 2008.

ITA is Postponing Preliminary Determination Due to Request by Petitioners
On September 17, 2008, the petitioners requested that the ITA postpone the preliminary determination in the CV duty investigation on certain kitchen appliance shelving and racks from China.
The ITA may postpone the preliminary determination until no later than 130 daysafter the date on which the administering authority initiated the investigation, if the petitioner makes a timely request for an extension of the period.
As this requirement was met, the ITA is extending the due date for the preliminary determination to no later than December 22, 2008.
