AD Suspension of Liquidation/Cash Deposit Requirements
The AD suspension of liquidation will continue for all entries of subject merchandise from China with a time of entry on or after March 25, 2008 (the date of publication of the preliminary determination).
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will require, at the same time as importers would normally deposit estimated duties, an AD cash deposit at the rates listed below, for entries of subject merchandise from China with a time of entry on or after October 3, 2008 (the date of publication of the International Trade Commission's final AD injury determination):

Assessment Instructions
The ITA will direct CBP to assess, upon further instructions from ITA, AD duties for all relevant unliquidated entries of subject merchandise from China that have a time of entry on or after March 25, 2008.
