AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 09/26/08:

(a) For previously reviewed or investigated companies not listed above, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(b) The AD duty cash deposit rate for all other China exporters will be 155.89%, the current China-wide entity rate; and
(c) The AD duty cash deposit rate for all non-China exporters will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (03/01/06 - 02/28/07)
The ITA will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after September 26, 2008.
