ITA Preliminarily Determines India Steel is Successor-in-Interest to Isibars
The ITA preliminarily determines that India Steel Works Limited is the successor-in-interest to Isibars Limited, and as a result, should be accorded the same treatment previously accorded Isibars with regard to the AD duty orders on stainless steel wire rods and stainless steel bar from India.
(Isibars' AD duty cash deposit rate for entries of stainless steel wire rods is 30.10%, and its AD duty rate for entries of stainless steel bar is 2.01%.)
The cash deposit determinations from these changed circumstances reviews will apply to all entries of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the date of publication of the final results of these changed circumstances reviews.
The ITA will issue the final results of these changed circumstances reviews no later than 270 days after September 25, 2008, or within 45 days if all parties agree to its preliminary results.
