ITA is Postponing Preliminary Determination Due to Request by Petitioners
On August 8, 2008, the petitioner Agri-Fab, Inc. requested that the ITA postpone the preliminary determination in the CV duty investigation on lawn groomers from China until November 17, 2008.
The ITA may postpone the preliminary determination until no later than 130 daysafter the date on which the administering authority initiated the investigation, if the petitioner makes a timely request for an extension of the period.
As this requirement was met, the ITA is extending the due date for the preliminary determination to no later than November 17, 2008.
