Petitioner Requested Postponement to Provide More Time for Analysis

The ITA states that the petitioner requested postponement of the preliminary determinations in order to allow more time to analyze and comment on the respondents'

questionnaire responses. For the reasons identified by the petitioner, and because there are no compelling reasons to deny the request, the ITA is postponing the deadline for the preliminary determination by 50 days to October 15, 2008 (from August 26, 2008).

The ITA states that the deadline for the final determinations will continue to be 75 days after the date of the preliminary determinations, unless extended.

(See ITT's Online Archives or 04/16/08 news, 08041635, for BP summary of the ITA's initiation of these AD duty investigations.)
