Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (12/01/06 - 05/31/07)

The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after August 15, 2008, and will direct CBP to assess a zero percent rate against the entered customs values for subject merchandise on each of New-Tec's entries during the review period.
