Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (06/01/06 - 05/31/07)
The ITA will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after August 11, 2008.
The ITA will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries. For those companies for which this review has been rescinded, AD duties shall be assessed at rates equal to the cash deposit of estimated AD duties required at the time of entry.
