AD: South Africa, Vietnam Uncovered Innerspring Units
The International Trade Administration has made preliminary affirmative antidumping duty determinations that uncovered innerspring units from South Africa and Vietnam are being, or are likely to be, sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.

Suspension of liquidation. The ITA will direct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend liquidation of all entries of subject merchandise from South Africa and Vietnam with a time of entry on or after August 6, 2008.
AD cash deposit or bond. The ITA will also instruct CBP to require a cash deposit or the posting of a bond at the AD rates listed below, for entries of subject merchandise from South Africa and Vietnam with a time of entry on or after August 6, 2008:
