AD: China Hand Trucks and Certain Parts Thereof
The International Trade Administration has issued its final results of the antidumping duty administrative review of hand trucks and certain parts thereof from China for the period of December 1, 2005 through November 30, 2006.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 07/28/08:

(a) For previously investigated or reviewed China and non-China exporters that have separate rates, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the exporter-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(b) For all China exporters of subject merchandise that have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, including Taifa, Shandong Machinery, Future Tool, and those companies for which this review has been rescinded, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the China-wide entity rate of 383.60%; and
(c) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporters that supplied that non-China exporter.
1The China-wide entity includes Qingdao Taifa Group Co., Ltd. (which had been preliminarily assigned a separate AD rate of 3.82%), Qingdao Future Tool, Inc., and Shandong Machinery I&E Group Corp.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (12/01/05 - 11/30/06)
The ITA states that it intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after July 28, 2008. The ITA will determine, and CBP shall assess, AD duties on all appropriate entries.
