(a) For all non-reviewed companies, the ITA has instructed CBP to continue to assess CV duties at the cash deposit rates in effect at the time of entry for entries during the review period.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/01/06 - 12/31/06)

The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to CBP 15 days after July 14, 2008 to liquidate shipments of subject merchandise by Essar, Ispat, JSW, and Tata with a time of entry during the review period, at the CV duty rates listed above.
