AD: India Certain Forged Stainless Steel Flanges

The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty changed circumstances review of certain forged stainless steel flanges from India.

The ITA has determined that that India Steel Works, Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Isibars, Ltd.

India Steel Assigned Zero Percent Deposit Rate

As a result of the ITA's determination, India Steel will be assigned an AD duty cash deposit rate of zero percent (Isibars' cash deposit rate) for entries of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after July 10, 2008.

The ITA states that this zero percent deposit rate shall remain in effect until publication of the final results of the next administrative review in which India Steel participates.

Suspension of Liquidation

The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend liquidation of all shipments of the subject merchandise produced and exported by India Steel with a time of entry on or after July 10, 2008 at zero percent.
